Festival del Sole
This summer, the RNO was once again the orchestra in residence for Napa Valley Festival del Sole, which features the best in music, dance, fine wine and cuisine, as well as unique lifestyle programs. The New York Times called the Festival a “feast for the senses.”

Philadelphia Trio
In July, the RNO performed three exciting concerts at Philadelphia's Mann Center for the Performing Arts accompanied in turn by spectacular high definition imagery, a troupe of aerial flyers and acrobats, and fireworks.

• July 21, 2006 • In NPR's first-ever live classical music webcast, it featured the Russian National Orchestra, conducted by Stephane Deneve, with solo performances by pianist Piotr Anderszewski and violinist Nicolai Znaider, at Lincoln Theater, Yountville, CA.
